The weekend art show and fundraiser has now confirmed more than 80 fine artists from across the U.S. showcasing their works in photography, paintings, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry and more. In addition, Manuel Oliver, father of Parkland student Joaquin Oliver, will be on hand to do a live demonstration of his passionate painting during Saturday’s exhibition hours.

Bailey Contemporary Arts (BaCA) in Pompano Beach presents Building a Feminist Archive: Cuban Women Photographers in the US; an exhibition that features ten women artists whose works in photography provide a glimpse into diverse histories of migration, community, activism and resistance. The marine biologist who gained international recognition for his paintings of sea creatures, spoke Wednesday at the Palm Beach State College Foundation’s sixth annual STEAM luncheon. He took the more than 500 attendees on a journey through his 32-year career.
